Living
in multi-cultural Boston, we have many Asian restaurants to choose from. After
devouring every last piece of my order of Peking Dumplings, sweet potato
maki and Crispy Curry Duck, nuanced flavors danced all over my tongue
and I was speechless with delight as I walked out to numerous thank yous
by the kind and attentive staff. My experience at Typhoon was like a pleasant tropical storm, exciting, refreshing and invigorating.
Those
who love the cuisine of the Far East are often faced with a difficult
decision when it comes to dining out. Should I go for Chinese? Thai?
Vietnamese? Or should I partake in that increasingly popular Japanese
delicacy, sushi? For those who often find themselves trapped in this

sat down to two great drinks (I asked for a 'surprise' and got one!)
then shared a meal I thought I was already familiar with: the venerable
Pad Thai. Their version of this common dish was more than I expected,
